Hourly Service Rate:

In an effort expand our IT support services we are currently discounting our normal hourly rate to $40/hour.

Our service plans are designed for businesses that require a regular amount of support. We would like to be your technology partner which is why we are offering blocks of hours at discounted rates. The service goes beyond fixing problems. We put an emphasis on monitoring to stop problems before they start, offer complete system analysis and help you track your electronic inventory. We offer standard next day service on all our plans.

Businesses with 5 computers or less.
Purchase 5 hours per month at a guaranteed rate of $30/hour with each additional hour costing $40.
Businesses with 20 computers or less.
Purchase 10 hours per month at a guaranteed rate of $30/hour with each additional hour costing $40.
Businesses with 40 computers or less.
Purchase 20 hours per month at a guaranteed rate of $30/hour with each additional hour costing $40.
Businesses with 60 computers or less.
Purchase 30 hours per month at a guaranteed rate of $30/hour with each additional hour costing $40.
